SHIPPING TO SPAIN AND PORTUGAL
Our orders arrive in 48 to 72 hours throughout the Peninsula and Portugal. We prepare orders from Monday to Friday between 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. (GMT TIME). Orders placed at different times will be prepared the next day. * At indicated times, such as promotions or holidays, this period might be increased.
Also in cases where we request the model purchased from one of our stores.
Shipping costs to Spain and Portugal:
FREE SHIPPING for orders over € 80 in the peninsula. For purchases of less than € 80, shipping costs are as follows:
Spain: 3 €
Portugal: 4 €
Canarias, Baleares, Ceuta and Melilla:
The client will assume customs expenses.

Please contact us by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org shipments to other destinations. We recommend that, upon receiving your order, you make sure that the package is properly closed. If you detect by its appearance, that the package may have undergone any alteration or it is damaged, do not pick it up and notify us by phone or email. All packages will be delivered with a customer signature. The signature of the recipient of the package will be required at the time of delivery.
Promotions and discount vouchers:
Promotions are not cumulative.

Our orders arrive from 4 to 7 business days depending on the country of destination. *At indicated times, such as promotions or holidays, this period might be increased. Also in cases where you have to request the model purchased from one of our stores.
Shipping costs to Europe:
FREE SHIPPING in orders from € 150. For purchases of less than € 150, shipping costs are as follows:

Follow the instructions that we explain below, depending on the type of return you prefer. Can you make changes in size, model, or even a return? Of course! We care above all that you enjoy our brand. We will tell you how to do it in each situation. You have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to make your change or return. Remember that until you do it, the products are under your responsibility and you will have to send them with their original packaging, label and purchasing ticket. You must request the exchange or refund, writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will manage your request in a maximum of 48 hours working days from when we receive it. At ByPEPPAS, we offer you the following options:
- Change: The first size or model change is FREE! When requesting your return, tell us which option you prefer, if you are changing the size or model, and tell us in the observations the new model or size you want. We will send a courier to pick up the original order and at the same time we will deliver the model or size you have requested.
If the change you want to perform has a higher amount, send us an email to email@example.com and we will indicate the steps to follow.
- This service is available at Peninsula, Baleares Islands y Portugal.
- Refund: If what you want is the refund of the amount of your purchase, you must indicate in the e-mail that you send us to firstname.lastname@example.org that you want the "refund" indicating the reason for the return. In this case, the customer assumes shipping costs. You can do it with the courier or transport company you want. Once the return is approved, we will send you the address where you must send your order. When we receive the product and check that it is in perfect conditions, you will receive a refund of the amount for the same payment method that you used when purchasing it within a maximum period of 14 working days from the receipt of the product in our warehouses. We will send you an email confirming that the refund has been done.
- Defective Item: If the item shipped is defective, you must inform us within a maximum period of 7 calendar days from the moment you received your order. You must indicate in the e-mail you send us the reason for the return "Defect or wrong model" and attach one or more photographs showing the defect of the product. We will collect the order and exchange it for a new one. In case of unavailability of the item, we will refund the full amount of the product and shipping costs.
- Service with return: If you want to request a second change in size or model, we will send a courier to your home to pick up your previous order and take the new one to you. This service has a cost of € 7. Write us to email@example.com to request it.
- Changes or returns at ByPEPPAS store: Refunds are not made in the physical store, but by the same payment method used in the purchase. You can deposit the product in any of our physical stores and thus save the cost of courier.
Changes will always have to be for products of a similar or higher amount. During OUTLET, SPECIAL SALES, BLACK FRIDAY and FINAL OUTLET: any change in size and/or model must be paid by the customer, paying an amount of € 7. At templates, no changes or returns are allowed. The client assumes the transport cost for these changes. Its cost is € 7.
RETURNS IN EUROPE
Changes are not accepted for orders placed outside Spain.
In the event that you want to make a change in size or models, you must request a return and make a new purchase of the size you want.
There is a period of 14 calendar days from the delivery of the order to request a return or an exchange. To request any return, you must do it by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org
We will process your return within 48/72 horas calendar days*. *Understanding working days, Monday to Friday, except holidays. To process a return you must write to email@example.com, indicating reason, order number and the item you want to return. Once your return has been accepted, we will respond to you within a maximum of 72 working hours, indicating the address where you must send your return.
You can send it by ordinary mail, and we recommend that you send it by certified mail, so that if there is any incident with your return you will be notified. We are not responsible for any damage or loss that may be caused by the courier company you choose for your return. When we receive your return we will send you an email, informing you if your return has been accepted, and proceeding with the refund of the amount. You will receive the refund in the same bank account that you used to make your purchase. Shipping and return costs are not refundable.
Defective Item: In the event that you received an erroneous or defective product, you must send us some photos where the defect or error of the article is clearly seen to firstname.lastname@example.org Our team will evaluate the photos sent to accept or reject the return. We carefully supervise all the shipments we make to make sure they arrive in perfect conditions. In the event that your return for defective product is accepted, we will send you an email, within a maximum period of 48 working hours, indicating the address to which you must send your return. You must send your return by regular mail together with the invoice of the shipping costs, and we will refund you up to a maximum of € 13.5 for the cost of return. Once we receive the returned product, we will refund the price of the order and shipping.
